Sorry, but enrolment into the 80-20 Development Boot Camp is only open to graduates of the 80-20 Strategy Boot Camp. That’s because at the 80-20 Center we understand that it’s critical to put strategy before tactics.

I’ll explain: many years ago I wanted to drive from Los Angeles to Yosemite National Park in California. I hired a car and headed off onto the freeway system and I drove relatively fast for just over two hours before I realised that I was heading north-west toward San Francisco rather than north toward Yosemite.

It didn’t matter how fast or hard I drove that car I was never going to achieve my goal of seeing Yosemite until I had the car pointing in the right direction.

And just like I needed to make sure the car was pointing in the right direction, we need to make sure that your business is positioned the right way in the right market place before we develop all of the marketing elements you’ll need by enrolling in the 80-20 Development Boot Camp. Otherwise all of your hard work will have little effect and you’ll feel as frustrated as a driver who’s put his cart before his horse and can’t get the thing to move!
